I'm new to this too, but I do know some people go through FeedBurner to get these stats: http://www.feedburner.com/fb/a/publishers
I believe generally it's not possible to determine, given the subscription model. One quick check I do (too often, I fear) is to see how many people on Bloglines subscribe (they do their own tracking). For example: http://www.bloglines.com/sub/http://chrisbrogan.supersized.org/
-> three feeds, total of 19 subscribers. Now what percentage of all RSS subscribers use Bloglines? I don't know ... 1/3?

I use bloglines. It tells me how many subscribers for each feed and who the public ones are. I have no idea who the private ones are.
Your site shows 16 subscibers of which 11 are public for the feed I am subscribed to.
What I don't know is why sites have more than one feed. I have like 6 feeds and some sites I subscribe to have only one or two.

Since your site probably sends that feed out to 50 different places, it would be hard to find out who is looking at all of them. Bloglines is a big one so you can get an idea from that.
If someone knows how to see them all, I've love to find that out.
